Went through the interview on the same day as my fitness test. There was a 30-minute break between the two. The interview itself lasted 30 minutes and focused on leadership, teamwork, handling pressure, and resilience. The questions were straightforward and the interviewers were friendly. There were three people on the interview board, and they all took turns asking questions.

It was a challenging but rewarding process for a career. It included several steps like a full medical exam, interviews, and aptitude tests. There was also a fitness test. Given the nature of the role, a thorough security vetting process was also part of it.
