There were 3 interviews. 2 powerpoint presentations were requested. it was really challenging. it was a good experience in terms of time and stress management. i was accepted for the job and accepted the offer

Allocation Planner
So first I had an online interview with the HR Partner. Then I had a second interview with HR and the Department Manager. About a week later, they sent me an email with a language test and an assessment. Finally, they gave me a case study to work on for 30 minutes while they watched me.

The interview process at DeFacto was structured okay, but the interviewers didn't seem very enthusiastic. It would have been better if they asked more proactive follow-up questions and provided clearer info about the company and the role. Overall, DeFacto could improve its interview experience.
