Psychologist
The interview process went well. I had conversations with both people from the clinical side and the administrative side. Talking with the clinician was particularly helpful. Negotiating the salary was a bit tricky. The company seems pretty stable.

Psychiatric Technician
The process wasn't too long. I first heard about the position and then they asked me questions. I was curious to know why they thought I was a good fit for them. The interviewer made me feel very comfortable, and I didn't have any problems answering the questions.
- Can you describe your experience and education?
Staff Clinician
I went through several interviews with both clinical and non-clinical staff at different times. I met the non-clinical staff in person. The clinical staff were located in San Antonio, TX and I did not meet them in person.

The interview process was casual, informal, and very warm. I felt welcomed immediately by the management team. The department was small and had a family-oriented culture with top-notch professionals.
