Started with a solo screening by the talent team. Then, there was a one-on-one manager interview and a scenario-based panel interview that included a mock provider onboarding. The panel focused on how to handle objections and understanding AI and provider documentation challenges.

This whole hiring experience was pretty bad. From what I've read, they don't seem to care much about the applicants' time or experience. It's a cool company, but their hiring process is a mess and disorganized. I even told the team about this, but they never replied, so I don't see things getting better. Here's a timeline to give you an idea of what to expect. On June 29th, someone reached out about the role and sent a Calendly link. I scheduled a meeting for the following Wednesday, July 6th. On July 1st, the first person told me I'd actually be talking to someone else. On July 6th, I spoke with the second person. What followed was a lot of back and forth over scheduling for the next few weeks. For some reason, the calendar invites weren't working right, so the Google Meet links weren't being sent. I actually got one invite an hour before the interview. I had sent out the time slots, but no confirmation came until the very last minute. When we scheduled the "Panel" interview, I asked if we could split it over two days to avoid disrupting my work schedule too much. This request was ignored. It was supposed to be several hours of interviews. After I finally got through all the rounds, I was told I'd advance to a case study round, but it wasn't ready yet. Here are the dates for that part. On July 21st, the second person emailed saying the team was eager for a follow-up, which turned into a case study. We exchanged messages over the next couple of days. I sent a follow-up on July 27th, and on July 29th, the second person updated me, saying the case study was still being prepared and thanked me for my patience. On August 1st, I followed up again with the second person and another contact to sync on schedules. There was no reply for two weeks. On August 15th, I sent another follow-up asking for an update. Later that day, I received a generic rejection email. I asked for more details, and they sent the standard "we're moving in another direction" response. As I mentioned, I shared this feedback with executive leadership, specifically the COO, whom I'd spoken with multiple times, but to this day, I've just gotten the cold shoulder. No replies, no apologies, and no acknowledgment. It's really disappointing to go through this, and I hope they implement reforms and become more transparent.

After my resume was screened, I was sent a take-home project due in 5 days. The task was to use NLP to transcribe and then summarize a text. I submitted it on day 4. A week passed with no reply, so I sent a follow-up. It's been over two months now and they still haven't even opened my submission or email. If a company plans to send out take-home assignments without any intention of reviewing them, they should be upfront about it. I was really excited about this company, but this experience has made me unable to recommend them. So unprofessional.

I got an offer a week after the initial interview and submitting a technical writing sample. But, I had to sign the long offer letter within 24 hours. I asked for more time and had some questions about it. They ended up voiding my offer and never answered my questions. After a few emails, they finally answered my questions, but they misspelled my name. A little over two weeks later, they decided not to move forward with me.
