Clinical Advisor
I was contacted by email and then had a phone call, followed by an MS Teams interview. It felt like they weren't talking about a real job, and they couldn't name a company I recognized. I asked for a job description and details on the next steps for the hiring process, but they didn't seem to have the answers.
- Could you please discuss your background and experience?
- Can you provide the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number, your emergency contact information, and a copy of your picture ID?
Software Consultant
It was a good and comprehensive interview. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel comfortable. The conversation was to the point and precise. They explained the project background and their expectations for candidates. They extended an offer right away and also covered relocation expenses.
- Can you share your experience with projects?
- What is your skill set?
- How would you describe your management skills?
Technical Recruiter
It was a very in-depth process because they're looking for really experienced and accomplished people to build out their team. I had two phone interviews, one with the VP of perm and then with the CEO. After that, I visited their HQ in Schaumberg to meet the team, the founder, and the VP. They made an offer pretty quickly after that.
- Can you discuss your production numbers?
- Could you elaborate on the various experiences within your recruiting background?
