The interview process was really easy and straightforward. They talked to me about my past work experience. The interview was with the Leasing Manager and Property Manager. They gave me an offer the very next day after the interview.

This interview was a total waste of time. I turned down another opportunity because I was thinking long term, but was interviewed twice in two days for a job that was not even available yet, as the person in the role hadn't even put in their two weeks notice. It was mind-boggling. I was told that if the current person doesn't give their two week notice, the position would be rescinded. I was left wondering why the position was posted at all, and if we have nothing better to do than to string job seekers along. It's unbelievable and feels like a game. Please be more professional.

It was not a pleasant experience at all. I attended the Decron Job Fair, and it turned out that the only positions they were hiring for were Leasing Agents, despite advertising for many other roles. Leasing Agents have to work Saturdays and Sundays, and their salary is commission-based.
