First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DecisionWise.
Production Manager
I got an interview through networking, talking to a VP who then sent me to interview. I met a manager on zoom and then had an in-person interview. Everyone was super nice and welcoming!
- Can you share an instance where being detail-oriented was crucial?
Customer Support Representative
I talked to the director of the department. It was pretty chill and casual, felt like a good culture. I would have taken the job, but COVID happened, so I didn't.
- What are your long term goals?
Analyst
The process usually starts with a phone call screening, then there are two in-person interviews where they go over your resume background. You'll be interviewing with the VP or manager of the division you're applying to. Sometimes, one interview might have more than one person.
- What are your future career aspirations?
