It was a multi-stage process that took about 3 weeks from start to finish, including a background check. The people were all really great. First, there was an HR phone interview, then interviews with the department heads, and finally a peer interview. Once the background check came back clear, they let me know it was time to give my notice.

Got a call for a phone interview. It was kind of weird, the recruiter seemed a bit out of it. At the end, she sort of invited me to come in for an in-person interview, saying "you can come in if you want." I then interviewed with 5 attorneys, 1 partner, and someone from HR. I got a good sense of what the job would be like. The HR person then just sort of sent me off without saying anything about what happens next, like "I think you can go, I guess." I emailed the recruiter a thank you but never heard back. Since I'm a student and drove a long way, I was surprised they didn't even cover my parking.
