Got a call back a day after applying. People were very friendly and i had a nice interviewer, they made me feel comfortable and was an easy process with their interview.

They spent about 15 minutes talking about the job duties and introducing themselves. After a quick tour, I was done. They didn't ask much about me, and it felt like they were more interested in a specific personality type than skills or competence.

Psychiatric Technician
I applied online, and then the next day I got a phone call to set up an interview. I did the interview, and they gave me a walkthrough of the facility. After that, I never heard back from them.
