I applied and then had an interview the same day, like within a few hours. It was in this back room by the air compressor, so kinda loud, but it was private. The whole thing was just questions and it lasted about 45 minutes.

The general manager talked with me to check my resume, experience, communication skills, and how skilled I am. I also met the dentist working there. Make sure you dress well for this working interview. I worked a full day on a Saturday. The lead dental assistant gave me tasks to do with the dentist and other regular DA duties.

I applied for the job and had a phone interview. It went well and they said they'd get back to me. After about a week and a half, they told me they weren't filling the position but it might open up again soon. That was a bit weird and disappointing. About a month and a half later, I got another request for the same job. I picked a time, but nobody called me. I'm not sure what's going on with their hiring, but it seems disorganized.

It was four interviews total. First, I had a 1-hour phone call with the recruiter. Then, a 30-minute Zoom with the CMO. After that, two 90-minute in-person interviews with the CMO and some marketing team members. I was asked to bring a 30/60/90-day plan, which we talked about a lot in the first in-person. The whole thing took 5 weeks. In the end, they decided to go in a different direction. I was bummed I had to chase them for an update and just got a generic rejection after all that time.
