I went to the building and met with the manager and another lady it was a straightforward process with others we went round in a circle and answered questions about how we would deal with different situations involving customers and staff and then logistic questions like how many hours the job is etc

The interview felt relaxed but still professional. We started with some casual conversation about general topics like the weather, where we're from, and favorite foods, which made it feel very laid back. It then transitioned to a more formal tone, which was helpful.
