Applied online, then got a random call from them in the middle of the day. They asked me some basic questions over the phone, which I wasn't ready for at all lol, but they still invited me for a face-to-face interview. When I got there, it turned out to be a group interview! The staff was super friendly, asked us some questions, then paired us up for a task. After the group part, they interviewed each of us individually, and the questions felt a bit tricky. At the end, they mentioned they wouldn't reach out if I didn't get the job, but they ended up emailing me to say I didn't get it.

The interview process was pretty standard, with competency-based questions focusing on my past work experience. There was a group interview component, and a sales task where I had to demonstrate how I'd sell a bag to a customer. The panel seemed friendly.

It was an easy and chill interview. I had a one-on-one with a senior staff member. They asked basic questions that just require common sense to answer, nothing tricky. Just be friendly and chatty and they'll like you.
