The interview process wasn't too hard. First, I applied and then did an online test to see if I was a good fit. After that, I had to set up a phone interview for another day. It was only 15 minutes, and the person was super nice and understood I was nervous. She asked simple questions about why I want the job and about past experiences with tricky customers. I passed that and got to go for a face-to-face interview with the assistant store manager. It lasted about an hour, and the manager made it feel more like a chat than a formal interview, which was nice. He told me about himself and his job, what the role I applied for involves, and asked about me and my past experience from my CV. Overall, it was a pretty good experience, and I'm waiting to hear back in the next few days.

It was a quick interview process. I had to show my knowledge about food and drinks, plus health and safety rules. I also demonstrated my ability to make different coffees like cappuccinos, lattes, and flat whites, and how I handle customers.
