First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Debbie's Staffing.
Customer Service Representative
It's pretty standard, like most interviews. They'll ask about your customer service background and why you're interested in BMO. It can feel a bit intense, but it's just a regular interview experience.
- Tell me about an accomplishment you're particularly proud of.
- Can you share an instance where you received constructive feedback from your boss or supervisor?
Administrative Assistant
The interview went well, it was shorter than I expected. I felt pretty relaxed, and the interviewer was very polite. The computer monitor was in front of the interviewer, which was a bit awkward, but I moved so I could see her better. The office where the interview took place was tiny and the door stayed open. We weren't interrupted, but I would have preferred a little more privacy.
- Can you tell me about your biggest weakness?
Staffing Specialist
So the interview process usually has a few parts. It starts with a quick screening, could be a call or just looking at your resume. Then there are usually one or more interviews, which can be in person or online. Finally, they'll decide if they want to offer you the job.
- Can you tell me about your career aspirations?
- Could you describe your past work experience?
Floater
I applied at Debbies staffing and had to do an English assessment, a Math assessment, a background check, and a drug test. A week later, I did my orientation where I watched videos, read about potential hazards, and received 3 employee shirts.
- Did you verify that you knew the possible scenarios that could happen working in a tobacco facility?
