First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dean Health Plan.
Health & Wellness Specialist
They were clear in their communication, but sometimes the follow-up wasn't super fast and it was a bit confusing what to expect next. Everyone was nice though, and they were flexible with my schedule to find times that worked for both of us.
- What are your objectives for this position?
Clinical Pharmacist
It was a pretty extensive interview taking the whole morning. Several interviews with members of the Pharmacy Services Department as well as other managers in health care roles within the company.
- Tell me about your previous role.
Customer Service Representative
This interview felt really awkward. It was tough to gauge their interest because they asked very standard, fixed questions while typing up my answers. They didn't make eye contact at all. I left feeling like I definitely didn't get the job.
- Have you ever been in a role where your performance was measured by specific metrics?
Utilization Management
I applied and a few days later I got a call. Then I had a panel interview. It was a pretty casual and conversational interview, which made it a good experience. They asked typical questions without any real tricky ones.
