Tax Operations Intern
I applied through indeed and got an email about an interview. First, I had a virtual meeting with a recruiter and a tax associate. About two weeks after that, I had an in-person meeting with two people from the tax team.

Audit Intern
The interview process was pretty straightforward. The first round was over Zoom with a senior auditor who asked basic behavioral questions. There were no technical questions in this initial stage. The second round is in person and will involve partners, but I'm not sure what to expect in terms of questions for that one.

The interview process went pretty good! The recruiters were very welcoming and did a good job in explaining the role, company goals, and company's culture. The marketing manager also described her experiences working in Dean Dorton. She also talked about how the company practices DEI and what goals they have in that aspect.
