The interview process was straightforward, with specific questions aimed at determining if I was a good fit for the role. I received all the necessary information to perform well and was given clear expectations.

Sales Assurance
This is a structured role with clear goals and performance metrics. Management is supportive, the workflow is steady, and it's a great place to build communication and compliance skills. It's ideal for detail-oriented people focused on accuracy and targets.
- Can you tell me about your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
Cashier
I applied on Craigslist and then about a week later I was called in for an interview with the District Manager. After that interview, I was called about a day or two later for a group interview with the District Manager and Assistant Manager of the store where we were being interviewed. During the interview, we were all asked 2 questions which we took turns answering around the table, then one by one we would go to a separate table with just the managers for a one-on-one interview.
- Where do you see yourself in the future?
- What are your reasons for applying to D&D?
Buyer
The interview process was quite brief. It involved a few standard questions. The in-person meeting lasted about an hour with the department head. The people were really nice, so there's no need to be anxious.
- Can you tell me about the typical questions you ask during an interview?
- What are some of the standard questions found in interview advice articles?
