Behavioral Case Presentation

Had an HR call that was meant to be a screening but ended up being a full interview over 30 mins. Then, there was an at-home case study where I had to prep a 15 min presentation, followed by an in-person case study and another interview. It was a lot to get ready for with less than a week's notice for just one meeting. Honestly, they didn't give much notice for interviews at any point. I didn't get the job in the end, but they did give some helpful feedback.

Presentation Case Behavioral

It was a two-step process. First, there was a phone screening with HR. Then, the actual interview involved a 15-minute presentation that the candidate had to prepare beforehand, followed by a case study and some general fit questions. They never got back to me about the outcome.

Behavioral Case Presentation

It was a phone chat with HR, then another one with a consultant. They finished with a presentation on a case study. The interview process was okay, but it was hard because you have to put together a presentation on a topic that requires a lot of work. This might filter out people who can't handle it, but it takes up a lot of time. Maybe a shorter case study would be better? I didn't get an offer, but I was going to turn it down anyway because I was interested in other career options. I do think that more careful questions in the earlier rounds could avoid the need for a presentation from someone who doesn't seem to have quite the right background. The people seem great and the office in London has a fantastic view. Overall, it was positive.
