Salesforce Administrator
It started with a recruiter screening which seemed to go fine. Then, even though I was traveling, they emailed saying they wanted to proceed and set up an interview with two team members. I had to build out a scenario in flow and demo it. That interview went well, and the next day I interviewed with the manager. I thought that went well too, but after waiting a week and following up with the recruiter, who hadn't heard back from the manager, and then another week of waiting and following up again, I finally got an email saying they were considering other candidates. The whole process felt slow, which they said wouldn't be the case in the second interview, and the manager's feedback makes it sound like she didn't need two weeks to tell me I wasn't moving forward.
- Can you review the following scenario and suggest a solution, which you can present to the Business Solutions team or discuss verbally?
- The Sales Management team wants to generate an Opportunity report that shows the date a demo was scheduled by sales staff.
- Currently, when sales staff schedule a demo, they are supposed to move the Opportunity to a 'Demo Scheduled' stage and create an Event linked to the Opportunity.
Program Success Manager
I started with a recruiter call, and it was super nice. Then I had a second round with the hiring manager and two other team members. The interview went well, and they were really helpful explaining the day-to-day. They mentioned interviewing a lot of strong candidates, and unfortunately, I didn't get the job. Still, it was a professional and pleasant interview experience overall.
- What would past colleagues say or think about you?
Product Manager
It was a really long in-person process, taking up most of a day with a bunch of interviews. Kind of a red flag right away, the office seemed pretty empty and I had to wait ages between chats. After what I thought was the last one, I was already in the parking lot when they called to say I had to interview with one more person. Clearly, there wasn't much communication about how the interviews were supposed to go, which was super annoying. Then, one interviewer started talking down about their customers, and that's when I knew this wasn't the right place for me.
- How important is Quality Assurance?
- What do you expect in terms of salary?
- Do you have references you can give?
Customer Support Specialist
Applied online on Indeed. Got an email they were interested a few days later. Scheduled a phone interview first, which was pretty easy and only a few minutes long. Then they asked me to come in the next week. I interviewed with two sets of people. The first round was easy with a few standard questions. Then I interviewed with two more people right after, asking a few other repetitive but standard questions. They said they would be in touch, but after seeing the place and the office setup, it's not a place that would be suited for me; not what I am looking for.
- Can you describe a time you dealt with an angry customer, providing specific examples of the situation and your actions?
