The interview process was really sporadic. First, the recruiter mixed me up with another applicant and got the scores from a test they sent out wrong. There was over a week of no follow-up. They'd text to set up a call and then not show up for their own scheduled calls many times.

I'm in the midst of interviewing with them, and I think it might be 3 rounds since I've already had 2 and am waiting to hear back. The first round involved interviews with 2-3 people from the company. The second round was with HR, Sales, and the CEO, and it was a phone interview where I had to read a script. It'll be easier if you're comfortable with your own voice.

Usually, they first interview a bunch of people together. Then, you might get asked to, like, sell ice to an Eskimo or something. If you don't stay in that first group, other people in charge will interview you. Sometimes, you might even get to shadow someone doing the job you want to see if it's a good fit.

Confirmed questions6 questions
  • Describe your approach to selling a product in a challenging scenario, like selling ice to an Eskimo.
  • Do you have any questions related to sales?
  • What is your understanding of digital marketing concepts?

Behavioral Other

Started with a standard HR recruiter call, then moved to a pretty unusual panel interview. Three out of the five panelists seemed unsure of their role. They asked very typical, generic questions, like you'd find online. The interviewers were late and seemed unprepared when they finally showed up.

  • Which dealer groups would you propose?
  • What are your reasons for not being a good fit for this role?
