The interview process was long and included 4 separate interviews, with 1 technical interview. In the end after spending a lot of time scheduling the interviews and getting to know the job/team, I was completely ghosted. I put in a great deal of time and effort and wasn't even given the courtesy of an answer. Very unprofessional, it is clear they do not truly value people.

The initial impression is that there are hundreds of candidates, suggesting a potentially overwhelming recruitment process. Once on-site, the recruiter seemed unaware of the specific functions of different departments. One of the early interviews focused on personal connections within the company, and there was a feeling of being overlooked due to a lack of such connections. During the final interview, the manager appeared disengaged, exhibiting yawning throughout the conversation. Observations during the tour revealed a lack of collegial interaction and empty collaborative spaces, pointing to potential cultural issues related to disconnection, unprofessionalism, and general unhappiness among staff.

Started with a phone screen, then went through several interviews, followed by another round with the hiring manager, and concluded with a final phone interview. I was impressed throughout the entire process by their professionalism and how thorough it was. Finding the right fit is important for both sides, and they did a great job of showing us both the pros and cons while also promoting themselves. This was by far the best interview experience I've ever had, with excellent communication and follow-up. A top-tier employer.

The interview process involved a standard phone screen, followed by a hiring manager call and then a face-to-face interview. They were not willing to negotiate salary. I asked questions about the role based on some Glassdoor reviews, which raised some red flags for me. Their answers to several questions confirmed my suspicions about micromanagement, excessive reporting, and arbitrary metrics being accurate. Because of this, I withdrew my application.
