Behavioral Technical Case

Applied online and got an email about a week or two later for a phone screen. It was pretty standard and short. At the end, they sent over a test assessment and a personality test invite. About a week after that, I had an onsite interview with the FP&A manager, then the Director of FP&A, and finally a phone call with an analyst on the team. The manager asked about basic Excel and the director asked about accounting vocabulary and more Excel experience. I stumbled on the accounting vocab but overall it was a comfortable and relaxed setting. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. The whole process was efficient and clear on timing and details. Couldn't ask for a better hiring process.

I was contacted by a recruiter and we set up a phone interview. They asked typical interview questions. Then I was told they wanted to move forward with an onsite interview. The interview was with three team members, and they were friendly. About a week after that, I got a call offering me the position.

Other Behavioral

First, I had to complete a brief personality assessment. Then, I had a conversation with the sales manager. He didn't ask many questions before he started trying to sell me on their product. The product itself sounded good, but he wasn't very engaged in either the pitch or the interview.
