Account Representative
Super chill interview process. I had a phone interview a few days after applying and got the job offer right after. I started training the following week.
- Can you tell me about a strength you have?
- What's one weakness of yours?
- Can you walk me through your resume?
Business Analyst
I connected with a recruiter to get this interview. The interview process was pretty standard. The first interview was with the supervisor. The second interview was with the supervisor and a peer.
- What changes would you suggest for our business model?
Quality Assurance Tester
I first chatted with a recruiter over the phone about general stuff and to ask questions. She was super nice and professional, and got back to me quickly. Then, I had a video call with the hiring manager, which was pretty chill and not scary. The last interview was a group thing with the hiring manager, department lead, and another team member. They were all really nice and welcoming. I got an offer, but turned it down because I realized the commute wouldn't work with my little kids.
- Can you tell me about a time you made a mistake at work?
