Technical Services
It was a quick and simple interview process. The CEO wanted to see if I had the basic knowledge for the job and if I was humble enough to learn and ask questions. I felt good about the company and the role after leaving.
- The CEO provided a list of terms like HTML, Flash, and SMS and asked me to rate my familiarity with each on a scale of 1 to 10.
- He then asked follow-up questions related to my self-ratings on these technical terms.
- The remainder of the interview consisted of typical interview questions.
Sales
It's a great interviewing process, they are very welcoming from the moment you arrive, through the second interview, and even up to the training. After an offer, you'll set your start date for training. The whole process is really smooth, and they'll do their best to get you ready for your first day.
- What are your job aspirations?
Account Executive
First, there was a phone chat with some basic interview questions. Then, I met with the VP and CEO. The vibe was friendly, professional, and direct. After that, there was a background and drug screen. Finally, I got an email confirming my start date.
- What do you enjoy most about closing a deal?
Account Executive
It was pretty disorganized. I had two initial "get to know you" sessions with the head of sales. After that, I had to do a phone test where they give you about 5 minutes to read a part of their phone scripts. They really want you to be focused on closing the sale, but the scripts they give you aren't very good. Honestly, if I were on the other end, I'd hang up and never take their calls again.
- How fast can you close a sale?
- Do you ask for credit card info even if the prospect shows no interest?
