Behavioral Technical

First I had a 15-minute chat with the plant manager, though he seemed distracted, spending half the time on his phone. Then, I was given a chemical plant test, the same kind used for refineries in Texas. After that, there was a facility tour where the person guiding me asked what I thought were basic questions, leading me to believe they weren't an engineer.

  • Could you discuss your experience with chemical plant testing, specifically comparing it to refinery tests in Texas?
  • What is your perspective on the facility tour and the nature of the questions posed during it?

Behavioral Case Technical

Three interviews over about 3 months for the hiring process. HR has little contact, and there's no interview feedback. The first interview was with an HR generalist. The second interview was with the direct manager. The third interview was with the direct manager's boss. They want to see if you can present a short-term action plan upon hiring, if selected.

  • Experience managing people?
