You apply online, and it's a pretty standard process. First, you'll take a survey about how you manage people and hypothetical situations. If you pass the survey, you'll get an email to schedule a phone interview. After that, if you do well, you'll have another interview with the district leader and the region supervisor. If that goes well too, there's a final interview with the VP of the company over FaceTime. You won't know the final result for weeks, until you get a call, which means you did well. If you don't get a call, you know it didn't go as planned.

I was involved with a super fast interview process that wrapped up in 24 hours. The first interview was with a District Manager. She called me back about an hour after that and set up a meeting with her boss, the Zone Manager, for that same afternoon at a different store. Then, about an hour after that call, I got another call to meet with a different District Manager the next afternoon. When I got there for that interview, the Regional Vice President happened to be in the area and joined in. So, I ended up completing the whole 4-person interview process within a 24-hour timeframe. I got the job offer just one day after that.

I had an initial recruiter call that went well. Then, on the same day, I interviewed with the district manager and their superior. The interview felt overly demanding, especially considering the company's operational style, which seemed similar to a thrift store. They questioned me intensely, as if I were applying for a district manager role. They repeatedly asked 'why'. After speaking with some of their managers, I questioned how their interview process accurately reflected the management caliber they hired.
