It was a pretty quick process. They asked a lot about my past jobs, my future aspirations, how long I saw myself working at dd's, and if I possessed any skills that would be an asset to the store. I was also asked if I pick things up fast, and when I said yes, they followed up by asking for an example from a previous job.
