It was a great and simple interview process. If you come prepared, the interview will feel smooth. It's a typical interview process with 2 stages. I'd encourage anyone who is a hard worker to apply and research the company before applying.

I applied online and got a response within a week. The process started with a 30-minute phone chat with HR to go over my resume and check my availability. After that, I had a technical interview over Zoom with a senior engineer where I was asked mostly coding questions about algorithms and data structures. The last step was a panel interview that covered system design and some behavioral questions. Everyone was professional and respectful during the process. I got an offer but turned it down because of the location.

It starts with a friendly greeting and small talk to make you feel comfortable. The interviewer introduces themselves and their role, and asks how your journey was or how you're doing. Then, you get a quick overview of the company, its values, goals, and current projects. This is a good time to listen carefully and jot down some initial questions. Next, it's your turn to talk briefly and clearly about your career path, education, and relevant experience, explaining why you're drawn to this particular role and what excites you about it. After that, the interviewer will ask specific questions about your technical expertise, skills, and past projects to see how well you fit the role and how you'd tackle challenges. They often ask situational or behavioral questions. Then, you get to ask your own questions about the job, team, training, or work life. Finally, they'll explain the next steps in the process and when you can expect to hear back, ending with a friendly goodbye and thanks for your interest.

The interview process usually starts with an initial screening, then moves on to technical assessments and behavioral interviews. You might get asked situational questions, have to do problem-solving tasks, or talk about your past experiences. It's important to prepare and communicate clearly.
