Technical Coding Behavioral

So after clearing the written test, the interview was mostly about oops concepts, data structures like binary trees, classes, and linked lists. We also discussed project work and had two coding questions related to arrays or strings. Then there was an HR round where they asked about hobbies, any extra skills picked up during covid, and a situational question about a work scenario.

Behavioral

There was one interview where I had to fill out a questionnaire about my past jobs and my reasons for wanting to work here. They also asked how I felt about working long hours and assessing families, and if traveling to different counties for court, home visits, and school visits would be an issue, given that I'd be covering 5 counties.

The interview was pretty laid back and consisted of behavioral questions. There was a panel of 4 people who took turns asking questions. They would get all potential interviewers in a room, have them fill out paperwork, and then start calling each applicant in for their interview.

  • Can you share an instance where you had to adjust to a change?
