First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DCG ONE.
Engineer
I applied online and it took a few weeks for them to get back to me. Then I had a phone interview before coming in for an in-person interview. After that, I got rejected.
- Can you tell me about how you acquired your experience?
Project Manager
I had a call with HR first, then I met the hiring manager, and after that, I met with a team of 2. It was a pretty straightforward process, and HR was really organized. They asked simple questions, mostly situational, and asked about my background in print.
- Can you share an instance where your team experienced failure?
Account Manager
I liked the interview process at DCG ONE. I met with people who would be my future colleagues across different departments. This gave me a good understanding of the company as a whole, especially because account management interacts with everyone. Everyone I talked to was engaged and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me, my background, and assessing if I'd be a good cultural fit and a good fit for the work. Every step of the process felt relaxed and conversational, but also very informative and transparent.
- Tell me about a time you had to handle a difficult conversation.
- How do you approach managing challenging client relationships?
Project Coordinator
It was a conversational interview, and the interviewers were laid-back. I was expecting to hear back by the date they promised. I followed up with HR twice, but it's been three weeks with no response, so I'm assuming I didn't get the job offer.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Describe a time you faced a conflict and how you resolved it.
