First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DCG Communications.
Communications Specialist
I have interviewed here twice now, and both times I noticed that they are overly nice and ask a bunch of questions about "hypothetical" assignments. They take notes about the work and then surprise, surprise, you get a rejection. I consider this a scam alert!
- How would you approach projects?
- How would you approach current projects that the company is struggling to complete for the client?
Product Owner
The interview process involved asking about my past work experience and some personal questions about work-life balance. There was also a role-playing exercise focusing on a sales scenario where the goal was to show how I could save money for the client.
- Which type of job task do you dislike the most?
- Tell me about your work history.
- How do you approach work-life balance?
Account Executive
It was a telephone interview that lasted about 20 minutes. Very smooth interview process, they give you an opportunity to ask questions and talk about your skills. Great job interview
- How can you contribute to this role with your skills?
Communications Specialist
It was a good interview experience, they were really good at communicating everything. They made an effort to get to know me and told me what to expect next. I appreciated that they followed through on their communication, which made the job search less stressful.
