Software Engineer
I was contacted by a recruiter for an initial chat, which went well. Then, I was referred to a technical interview. However, the technical interview didn't happen because the person in charge couldn't make it due to personal reasons. I was told a new schedule would be set, but it never was. Afterward, my resume was sent for direct client evaluation, and I haven't heard any feedback, positive or negative, since then. The recruiter started ignoring my messages about the process status. After 30 days, I gave up trying to get updates. They just stopped talking to me out of the blue.
- Could you tell me a bit about your career path?
Administrative Assistant
The interview process was well-organized and structured. It kicked off with an initial phone screening where we discussed basic details, then there was an in-person interview with the manager. The final part was a practical test to check my administrative skills, like scheduling and preparing documents.
- When facing tight deadlines, how would you go about prioritizing your tasks?
Quality Assurance Engineer
The interview process was smooth and very quick. The interviewers were experienced and well-prepared, asking technical and behavioral questions related to quality assurance. Feedback was provided promptly, making it an efficient process with a fast response.
- Could you list the technologies you have experience with, describe your past projects, and discuss any challenges you've encountered?
- What is your experience in the field of quality assurance?
- How do you approach quality assurance tasks?
Intern
The whole process was super quick and really clear. The announcement already had all the important info: stages, tracks, pay, and start date. The interview was awesome! I was interviewed by two pros - one from HR and another from the IT technical area. They both made me feel really comfortable the whole time. I started out super nervous, but I calmed down as the chat went on. I just have to congratulate the company on how organized everything was!
- Were there personal questions asked?
- Were there technical questions related to the test from the prior stage?
