Project Manager
The hiring process began with a 30-minute phone call with the direct manager, followed by a 1-hour in-person interview with one HR person and the direct manager.
- What do you know about our company?
Project Manager
I went through a bunch of interviews with different people involved in the project. There were about 5 or 6 interviews in total, which was fine since I wasn't actively job hunting. The hiring process took a really long time, like 4 months. My suggestion is to be patient with HR.
- Can you describe some challenging situations you've encountered in your project management roles?
Project Manager
warm welcome, introductions of everyone involved, straightforward conversation at eye level, no question-answer session, a very pleasant atmosphere with mutual appreciation, confirmations about the next steps, friendly goodbye, adherence to promises
- Can you tell me about your personal strengths and weaknesses?
- What are your personal aspirations for development?
