Recruiter went over salary requirements. She mentioned there were two positions available, and my salary requirement matched one of them (the one I originally applied for). The interview process involved three 1-hour rounds, but there were several last-minute changes and cancellations. The recruiter then contacted me, stating the interviews went well and they wanted to offer me a position at a salary $10k below my initial requirement (for the lesser position I didn't apply for). I negotiated, explaining I needed my original requirement due to relocating, and they increased the offer by $3k. Honestly, it felt like a big waste of time. Be prepared for them to low-ball you on the offer.

I sent my resume to HR, then I had to do an online personality test and a Skype interview. I got an email saying I passed to the next round. The next one was a one-on-one interview at their office. We were asked to write an essay onsite on given topics, with 2.5 hours to prepare and write. While writing, we had to go to a small room for an interview. I interviewed with two people for about 25 minutes. The interviews were nice, but I haven't heard back about an offer after a month. I emailed for results but got no reply.
