The whole experience was awful, truly the worst ever. The process involved an online assessment, a listening test to check English comprehension with accents, two essay tests (one on a business case study, another on a general topic), and then a full-day interview from 8 am to 8 pm, including a dinner afterwards. The interviewers seemed condescending and rude, almost as if they were trying to intimidate me. Honestly, after all that, a simple 'sorry' email would have been appreciated. It felt like they had zero respect for us candidates.
