It wasn’t too difficult, just some basic questions typical for this kind of role. They asked about what motivates you, how you stay motivated, and what you’re passionate about. There was also a trick question about how many golf balls fit in an airplane, and they gave some specific scenarios for Boeing and Airbus planes.
- What motivates you and keeps you going?
- How do you differentiate yourself from others?
Data Engineer
Applied through a recruiter and the process was good and easy, taking just over a week. The first round was pretty straightforward with some basic questions about my experience. The second round focused on the technical stack, specifically Python, SQL, and Spark, and involved live coding with easy questions.
- Can you explain SQL stored procedures?
- What are Python data types?

The HR round had the most common questions. Then there was a technical round. You should be confident when answering. Most of the questions were from the admin part (Salesforce). Questions were asked to test your logical skills. (I was from a non-IT background).
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What makes you a good fit for this role?
- Questions about Salesforce administration.
