The hiring process took way too long, over two months in total. First, I chatted with the manager and a current CRC. Then, I didn't hear back for a while, but got a quick reply when I followed up. After that, I had interviews with several physicians I'd be working with. It ended up taking about 6 months from applying to start, with about 3 months from the first interview to the start date.

Before I could even get an interview, I had to do my BCI/FBI background check for my Ohio Pharmacy Tech license, which cost $62. Then I had to apply for the license itself, another $51. After I sent that in, I finally got scheduled for my interview. They said I'd hear back Monday, but I didn't, so I called Wednesday and that same day got an email saying they went with someone else. They didn't refund me for the fees, and I can't even use the license at my current job, so I lost that money and didn't get the job.

The interview happened at tech town and lasted about 45 mins. I talked with the care coordinator manager, who was really knowledgeable and gave a thorough rundown of the job. She was upfront that since I don't have my BSN, she couldn't hire me, but I wanted to see it through because I was super interested.
