& Process

The interview process included three rounds: the first was a phone interview, the second was also a phone interview, and the third was an in-person visual interview. During the process, I was asked to make a copy of a Google Spreadsheet to keep track of companies I was researching, and I was encouraged to modify it as needed for tracking companies on Tab 1.

It was a pretty typical interview process. The interviewer was professional and seemed really passionate about their job and the company. After passing the initial round, I had to complete a second round which was a project designed to assess my digital marketing skills.

The first interview was informational. I learned about the company's founding, current status, and future outlook. I also found out what the position entailed and got a quick office tour. For the second interview, I met with the CEO and another employee. We discussed my past experiences, what I could contribute, and my future aspirations. It was valuable to have a candid conversation with the founder and learn more about DAYTA Marketing.
