It was mostly 2 Technical interviews rounds then a soft skills interview. They generally ask coding and bunch of programming questions. Basic OOPs, Mostly 1 Coding challenge. Some questions about backend followed by frontend if it is full-stack position.

I had three rounds of interviews with this company and was initially told I'd hear back in a few days about a possible fourth interview. But after over a week with no word, I emailed the recruiter. She called a few days later, but since then, no replies at all, even after I reached out by phone, text, and email. Before the third interview, communication was good and professional, but it really changed after that. The lack of follow-up was disappointing, and I felt like my time and effort in the process weren't valued. I would have preferred a direct answer, even a rejection, rather than being left hanging. Given this, I can't recommend interviewing with them.

I interviewed in December 2022 after the hiring manager reached out on LinkedIn. We first had a chat about my experience, and they told me a lot about the project. Then I did a coding interview that took about an hour and went well. The hiring manager gave me good feedback. We talked again about the coding interview feedback, and they said they wanted to give me an offer. It was a great experience, and I really liked the company culture.

It was a pretty chill interview with Jenn, then I had another with her and a coworker. They seemed like great people I'd like to work with. My only real complaint was some delays in the process, but otherwise, it was pretty stress-free, which is a big deal for me. I didn't get an offer, but overall, it was a mostly good experience. Honestly, if Jenn asked me to work for her tomorrow, I'd do it because she seemed really on top of things. I guess they went with someone internal or a different type of person, and you can't really blame them if that's what they needed. My main issue was the long wait for communication between rounds and then a long wait for the rejection notice.
