The interviewer said she would let me know, but I never heard back and she never gave me a proper interview. I had all the qualifications, it would be nice to at least get a rejection email or a call rather than being ghosted.

I applied on-line then called to follow up. They invited me in for an interview in the morning. It was in their event room. I met with the Front Desk Manager and we did some small talk. Then the Property Manager and Front Desk Manager interviewed me. They asked for my resume copies. We talked about my work experience and if I could do the job duties. It was pretty relaxed.
