First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Daycare.
Teacher Assistant
It was a pretty smooth interview process. I was a bit nervous going in, but they mainly asked me straightforward questions about my past experience working with kids and what I could bring to the team.
- Regarding your motivation, why are you interested in working here?
Data Entry Clerk
The interview process was good overall. The people were very friendly and the process was smooth. They asked relevant questions and provided good information about benefits and job duties. I was also given a tour and introduced to some of the staff.
- Could you state your previous job title?
Supervisor
They challenge you about different situations and want to know what would you do. They ask you about inclusion and how you can have inclusive class. They ask you if you have the same approach for all kids.
- What would you do if a kid doesn’t want to participate in the activities?
Administrative Assistant
the process was not long and the questions were straight to the point but they were very nice all though some of the questions I couldn't answer because I've never worked with kids before the question was straight to the point and almost simple
- Tell me about your experience with children.
