There were 2 in-person interviews and then a video call. The video call had upper management and some team members. Each team member had their own job focus, and they asked technical questions and looked at my character.

I got contacted about two weeks after I sent in my resume and cover letter. I had a really quick phone screen, like five minutes, and then they asked me to come in for an interview. The interview itself went fine, though I was a bit surprised because I didn't realize it would be a video conference. Sadly, I didn't make it past the first round.

I had an initial phone call with the hiring manager for the IP Staff role. Then, I had an in-person meeting with the manager and a few other attorneys. The whole process felt pretty relaxed and not stressful. It was a bit unclear who had the final say on hiring since the IP attorneys are spread out across MA and CT.

The interviewers were super nice and relaxed, very approachable. The questions were standard, nothing tricky. I had two interview sessions: the first one was with a partner and a senior associate, and the second one was with just an associate. I thought the whole process was really easy.
