& Process

It starts with some online tests at home to see how much you know about the jobs they might put you in. Then, usually in the same week, you meet your hiring manager in person. Right at the beginning, they do a quick drug test. After that, you go to an office and they ask you questions about your previous jobs and schooling. The in-person part ends with your manager filming you for 2 minutes. You'll be talking about your best skills for the accounting jobs they have open. This video helps make you look good when your manager sends your info to companies looking to hire. Finally, you finish your profile online at home by uploading stuff like your resume. Over the next couple weeks, your manager will email you job openings. You just tell them if you want them to send your profile or not. The last step is when the hiring manager finds out if the company wants to interview you directly or hire you for a temporary contract without another interview.

I met with people from different departments that needed a recruiter on their team and we sat down, talked and got to know each other on a more personal level. Their company is based on creating and cultivating genuine relationships with not only their internal employees but also their contractors and clients. They have amazing values and truly take care of their employees. Anyone that gets an offer there is very lucky, myself included! Unfortunately, it just want the best timing for me. Interviewing and getting to know everyone was fantastic and I will always recommend Dawson to anyone looking for employment!
