The interview process was pretty straightforward. I had a couple of pretty relaxed interviews with the managers, and they decided pretty fast. They also have you complete some assessments which takes a bit of time but isn't too bad.

Applied online and got a call. The people were nice, both on the phone and in person. The office vibe was pretty chill. Be ready for a surprise logic test, mostly math (geometry, speed, distance, etc.) and a few if/then logic questions. They also had me do a written disc profile.

I applied online and then got a call pretty quickly to set up a phone screening. The screening with Leah was about 30 minutes, and it was mostly to get to know me and talk about the job. After that, I had two in-person interviews with the managers who really wanted to learn about me. There was a personality test and a logical reasoning test, but don't worry, they're just trying to get a feel for you and make sure you understand the company and the role.
