This interview process was really unprofessional. They didn't ask me anything about myself or how I'd fit the role, just focused on my current job and why I wanted to leave. The recruiter call was only 5 minutes and could have been an email, a waste of time. The manager I spoke with also just asked about my current job and didn't ask me any questions. They also rushed me off the phone and didn't ask if I had questions. The job description wasn't explained at all, so it's still unclear what I'd be doing. Super unprofessional all around.
- What's your reason for wanting to leave your present job?
Managing Director
It was a two-part process. First, a phone call where they wanted to assess my sound and connotation and ensure I could communicate clearly over the phone. Then, an in-person interview to evaluate my appearance and how I presented myself.
- Can you tell us about your sales goals?
- Do you have good phone communication skills?
Manager
The only one who is a great day to day basis of a sudden it was not immediately available to all of you guys have to go out to be in your face in your head in a statement that he had been in my head and a lot to say I have a good day to. To all those things are getting ready to.
- The fact that I don't think I can see that I have.
Director of New Products
The lobby had a hundreds of products that are being sold on the market to look at. It is a professional work place. The female in the lobby was very nice. She helped me calm down with normal conversation. A manager came and walked me to his office. The manager that interviewed me was professional and on task. It was easy to feel comfortable during the interview because of my experience and qualifications. It was a great experience.
- Do you love to win or hate to lose?
