The interview process was super smooth, professional, and fast. They were really welcoming and friendly, which helped me relax. They made sure to ask everything they needed to, and we actually had a good time and laughed a lot. It was honestly the best interview I've ever had.

You are sitting in a room, waiting. A group of people arrive to ask typical interview questions. It wasn't a bad interview, it was laid back but time-consuming because different managers came in at different times, and you had to go over the same details for those who had just arrived, which seemed a bit disorganized. You were asked multiple questions about yourself, and it gave you the opportunity to get to know more about those interviewing you. Overall, it was a good experience.

The interview wasn't too rough, kinda intimidating with 2 interviewers at a big table in a conference room, but they're good at making you feel comfy. Kristina was super friendly, making me feel like an old pal quick, which helped a ton! They hit you with some standard interview questions like "what's your biggest weakness?" etc. But they also threw in ones that, now that I'm here, totally capture the company's vibe. Like, "on a scale of 1 to 10, how weird are you?" I dug that 'cause right off the bat they showed that here at Divinci, they're all about embracing and even cheering for diversity and even weirdness.

The interview process was really simple. Mostly they asked questions about my personality and then threw in a couple of work-related questions. The only thing they really require is that you've held the same job for at least 6 months, but they do prefer you have call center experience.
