I applied through the university and heard back right away about when the interview would be. They showed us a video about how the company started, which was about 30 mins. Then they asked us what we wanted from the internship and if we had questions for them. It wasn't a typical interview.

I applied through my school and ended up in a group interview. We watched a video about the company and its president, then everyone had to introduce themselves and mention something they learned from the video. It was pretty straightforward, and there were more than 20 of us interviewed together.

HR sent me an email to invite for an interview, I registered online then went to the company office for the interview. The atmosphere is good and the CEO explains what the company do and what the job requirements are. The overall experience is good however I personally think I am not fit to this job so i didn't go further down the hiring process.

It started with a group interview. We first watched a video about the company and some employees talked about their experiences. Then the president, Mr. Sugiyama, reviewed our resumes and had us introduce ourselves. The second interview was a one-on-one with Mr. Sugiyama.
