I talked with the District Manager and the local manager. The DM asked most of the questions, the store manager didn't do much. The interview took about 50 minutes. They didn't say anything about salary but did mention working hours. The DM wrapped it up by saying they were interviewing more people and would let me know either way. It's been over a week and I haven't heard back. I did send a thank you note. I heard they take a while to hire, but they didn't mention that.

I met with the store manager who was very personable and seemed professional. She asked normal questions and spoke about the position and the responsibilities. By the end of the interview, she asked if I would meet with the DM in 2 days for a 2nd interview. I gladly said yes. Again, I met with the DM and she was very pleasant and easy to speak with. At the conclusion of our meeting, she said that she would be calling ALL candidates who had made it to this round to advise them if they were being made an offer or not. It's been about 2 1/2 weeks and I have not received any communication as to my standing, but I think it's safe to say that I will not be receiving an offer.

The interview was relaxed, very comfortable and interactive. They gave me information about the company overview and its direction. They also painted a picture of a day in the life of the role. We discussed operational procedures and they set forth expectations on how the processes should work. They spoke about what it's like to lead a team of commissioned associates through coaching and motivating using the tools given to them and through CRM.
