Sales Manager
The interviews were fine. Both times I arrived 5 minutes early to the scheduled meetings but had to wait for the managers to arrive at the store. I enjoyed meeting with them, however they didnt find me to be experienced enough.
- Can you tell me about your multitasking skills?
Sales Manager
I applied through Glassdoor and the next day I was called to schedule an interview with the Store Manager. It was a very thorough interview. They explained the job description and duties at the beginning and gave me a tour of the store. Then came the typical manager situational questions. Since this position has been vacant for over a month, I had my second interview via phone with the DM the same day. The DM dug deeper into my coaching and training abilities and also asked about my career goals. At the end of our hour-long conversation, I was conditionally offered the job, pending reference checks. Two days later, I was officially offered the position and given a start date. PS: When negotiating pay, aim high. I was offered the highest amount for my role.

Sales Manager
It took a little while to get a callback, but once we connected, the process was really smooth and professional. Everyone I met was welcoming, not just the person I was interviewing with.
- Describe how you would address a situation where a customer received inaccurate information.
- Specifically, what steps and words would you use to correct the customer?
- What would be your approach to re-training the employee responsible for the misinformation?
