I applied online and got a call for an interview pretty quickly. When I went in, it was a group interview with two other candidates. I thought I did okay with my answers, but I think my lack of sales experience really hurt my chances. It's a bit frustrating because I already mentioned I didn't have sales experience on my application, so I wish they hadn't called me in. They also said I was too nice for a competitive sales role, which was a bummer since I'd already done their online personality test. It was disappointing to get called in and then rejected for things that were already on my application, though the manager was really nice and it was a decent experience overall.

I walked into the store to apply, and then went back in later to follow up. That follow-up is what got me the interview. The interviews were pretty short and to the point. The managers were really friendly and personable, which made me feel comfortable. First, I met with the store manager and an assistant manager. Then, I had an interview with the corporate manager. They did a good job explaining the role and asking questions directly related to the job. They also did a great job showing off what makes their store special.

First, you gotta apply online through their website. If they think you're a good fit, they'll ring you up or shoot you an email to come into the store at a set date and time. Then, there's a group interview with both the store manager and a floor manager. They'll ask you to talk a bit about yourself, and then they'll throw some scenario questions at everyone. If you make the cut, they'll give you a call the next day.
